Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 20 minutes

Skill - easy

Serves 1-2 (adults) 2-4 (children)

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Heritage Bakers puff pastry, thawed (makes 1 large pizza)

  • 2 Tbsp pizza sauce

  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese or any good melting cheese

  • 50g sliced salami, ham or cooked bacon

  • 10 olives, stones removed

Topping options

  • Pineapple

  • Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes

  • Basil

  • Jalapeños

Method

  1. Preheat the oven 200C fan-bake (220C bake)

  2. You can use the whole piece of pastry if you like. If you want a round pizza I place a dinner plate onto the sheet of pastry and cut around the edge with a sharp knife to create a round. Place the round onto a baking tray.

  3. Prick the pastry all over with a fork.

  4. Spread over the pizza sauce

  5. Scatter over the cheese

  6. Arrange your desired toppings

  7. Bake on the lower part of the oven until golden, risen and crispy.

  8. Cut into desired portions and enjoy.
