  • Keep Frozen until ready to use. Store below -18°C.

    Separate Pastry Sheets while frozen by inserting the point of a long-bladed knife between the pastry sheets and film. Slide the knife from side to side to separate sheets. Immediately return any unused pastry to the freezer, sealed in an airtight bag.

    Once Thawed, Do Not Refreeze.
