Mini Mince and Cheese Pies
There’s nothing quite like a good mince and cheese pie — golden, flaky pastry filled with rich savoury mince and molten cheese. Using Heritage Bakers Flaky Puff Pastry makes them wonderfully easy to prepare, and baking them in a muffin tin gives the perfect handheld size. They’re a Kiwi classic for all ages.
Golden Vegetable Pie
A beautiful, hearty pie that lets the vegetables shine — wrapped beneath Heritage Bakers ready-rolled puff pastry. Loaded with roasted vegetables and a creamy mustard and thyme sauce, this pie is rich, comforting and full of colour. It’s everything you want on a cool evening, and even better the next day.
Classic Steak Pie
Rich, hearty and deeply satisfying — this is a proper steak pie the way it should be. Tender beef, slow-cooked in a rich gravy and tucked beneath a golden, flaky lid of Heritage Bakers puff pastry. Simple, honest food that never fails to please.

Tender poached chicken folded through a creamy sauce and baked beneath buttery, golden layers of Heritage Bakers ready-rolled flaky puff pastry. Plum and Apple Galette
Galette is just a fancy word for a free-forming pie. The secret to these impressive, yet simple pie is the pastry. Heritage Bakers Sweet Shortcrust pastry is perfect. It will give you the buttery, crisp crust to uphold the delicious fruit encased inside. You can mix up the fruit to suit you and this type of pie can easily be made throughout the year with the delicious seasonal fruit..
Blueberry Pie
I remember eating my first ever blueberry pie many years ago when travelling the states. Back then blueberries were rather scarce and I would certainly never have had enough to fill a pie. Thankfully times have changed and we are very fortunate now to have delicious, plump blueberries grown locally and in abundance.
This pie has a crisp, buttery crust which holds the juicy blueberry filling. It is delicious eaten straight from the oven with fresh cream. It is also one of life's great joys to have a slice the next day.
It’s just the perfect pie.
